Hi,

Today I installed Thunderbird to backup my Gmail account because I am getting warnings that my gmail account is running out of space. Everything seemed to work flawlessly. Until several hours later when checking my Gmail on my phone, I realized that I had not received any messages, which is odd. Then when I got home, I see on my laptop that Thunderbird had been receiving my gmails just fine. How do I get both Gmail and Thunderbird to receive new messages as I am often away from my laptop and need to check my Gmail on my phone.

Three horizontal line menu bar is missing. All I have on top are three dots. … Home icon is also missing. Can’t find any way to fix this. Deleted the app reinstalled and still have the same problem.

I need to find out why Firefox won't open anymore. A pop-up window says it is trying to install a new helper tool but it won't accept the password I use. This is on a Mac M2 with OS 15.4.1

I removed Gmail from my Thunderbird after Gmail became unreliable. (I had Gmail coming through T-bird for many years with no hassles..). I then attempted to re-install the Gmail client in T-bird using Gmails directions. Gmail took over my Thunderbird account! I then removed the Gmail account completely... I now get a notice in Thunderbird to sign in with GOOGLE after all my T-bird imap access is done and Tbird is open. The page (Google notice) which appears asks me to sign in with Google account. I want to get rid of this annoying notice. The notice can easily be dismissed but it is really annoying when it appears every time I open T-bird. Any ideas or help much appreciated! ..Btw - I attempted to get help from Google and they dismissed my case saying it was contrary to their policy etc....!! Help!

I have been trying to solve this lingering problem where I would like to turn off the zoom in when I activate a text input box.

I found some folks mentioning I could toggle this in about:config only to find that it does not save upon refresh.

The next option it looked like was to edit about:studies or about:profiles but I am unable to access those the same way I can access about:config

I'm using Firefox Nightly on an Android 15 device. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have many website icons from closed tabs at the top of the page that are crowding out my open tabs. I don't know why they keep appearing and I can't get rid of them. I've tried everything I can think of. I'm on an iMac, Sequoia 15.6.1

There is something wrong with Firefox Mozilla and causes me a lot of problems with websites. I am signed into youtube though says not signed in and problems with access to AliExpress account and messages. What is going on that I have to use another browser?

When creating a password on Linux Desktop version 144 it shows the password text instead of hiding or at least provding a option to hide when typing out the password.

Unable to log into SSA since the update (it seems however since you are changing this weekly or hourly it seems sometimes I do not know what the version was when I logged in last) I am at 144.0 and can log in without an issue using Chrome. How can this be fixed? From what I can tell it seems to not allow a return from server when you click on LOGIN on SSA <ssa.gov/myaccount/> I can get in with out a problem using Chrome. Please let me know what the fix is.

Hi, I'm running Firefox 145 on a MacBook Air, with MacOS 12.7.6 (Monterey). When I try to add a bookmark to an existing folder on the Bookmarks Toolbar, it will not show up. It does show up if I go to the hamburger menu, and then Bookmarks/Recent Bookmarks, but not from the Toolbar. This is true for any folder on the Toolbar. I do not have this problem with Firefox 145 on Linux Mint Cinnamon. Is this a bug or a feature? Please advise, and thanks.

When I try to open "Inbox" on one of my accounts, I get an error message:

Unable to open the summary file for Inbox on jonathandsalk@gmail.com. Perhaps there was an error on disk, or the full path is too long.

I have tried right-clicking, going to Properties, General Information. But there is no option to "Repair folder"

Can anyone please help?

When I attempt to search on Mozilla Firefox I get this message from Norton, my antivirus software provider: "We prevented your connection to rini.drorinat.com because it is a dangerous webpage:URL:Phishing" This has only happened in the last few days. I am offered no sites - just this message from Norton. How can I solve this, as Norton does not appear to offer a solution, though I have messaged them on their site.

For the last two to three weeks The Firefox updates have changed the way bookmark data is retained. Firefox will allow bookmarks to be added and retained on the tool bar for any sessions - until firefox is restarted and then the bookmarks no longer work.

If I go to the profile folder, exit firefox then copy and paste the folder to a backup location. The attempted backup fails. Something about permissions as I recall. I have tried many things unsuccessfully. Something has changed that does not allow for the backup of profile folders. Adding a backup option to the profile manager would be nice. I noticed some people have found work-arounds but I need a straight-forward procedure for backing up my folders. No work-arounds please, just a simple procedure. May I ask for help with this issue?
